Grievance Redress Mechanism

This Grievance Redress Mechanism form is provided by the County Government of Nandi to enable members of the public, staff and stakeholders to formally submit complaints, concerns, suggestions or report misconduct related to county services and operations.

The information provided will be treated with confidentiality and solely used for the purposes of reviewing and resolving the grievance in a fair and timely manner.
